Employee Engagement
As an organisation defines and implements an environmental strategy it is key to engage employees so that they can be informed of what is happening, how they can become involved and more importantly how they are doing individually – this will measurably increase the impact of littleFOOTTM.
A small user interface, or ‘Widget’, can be displayed on the PC desktop that allows users to monitor their individual performance and, when authorised, influence their own power settings within preset parameters. All power themes are created and approved centrally, however, to be effective they must be aligned to the end user’s work patterns to enhance their performance and in no way hinder it.
