The Redstone Remote Management Centre (RMC) is a fault tolerant architecture operated from Redstone’s Data Centres. The Remote management service operates as an “automatic lights out” operation underpinned by a rules based approach to network analysis.

Availability Monitoring
Redstone will check the availability and health of each network node on your network via a combination of tools that collect and analyse the system logs and SNMP information to react to events before they become problems.

Availability Incident Management
Any incident generated by the availability monitoring is automatically parsed by Redstone’s event correlation application to determine the root cause analysis. The resulting ticket on the Redstone CRM System is automatically assigned to Redstone engineering resource 24*7*365.

Configuration Management
Devices configurations for all Cisco devices will be automatically held offsite and all changes made to Cisco devices will be automatically logged to Redstones Configuration Management Database for change control tracking.

Capacity and Performance Management
The capacity and performance of any ICT Infrastructure is a crucial underpinning factor in the future availability of the network. Redstone will provide a secure website showing realtime statistics graphs of the utilisation and KPI’s for all devices.
