Fully automated back-ups eliminate the need for traditional tape-based back-up solutions. redvault provides a fully automated back-up service, with data being securely encrypted and compressed prior to transfer.  Data is stored in remote mirrored locations for resilience. If the back-up is too large to transfer over the available bandwidth, a snapshot is created and saved to a physical device, which is then uploaded to the redvault back-up platform. 

Restoring data couldn’t be easier via a simple user interface, which restores data over the Internet. If large volumes of data need to be restored, these can be done via CD or physical transfer.  Previous back-ups and deleted files are also painless to retrieve.

Security is accounted for with full encryption and storage of data on remote, mirrored storage platforms at two separate locations for high levels of resilience.

Flexibility in the redvalut service enables your data back-up requirements to adapt to your business needs without the capital investment and manpower overhead associated with traditional tape back-up systems.
